Rainy days causing Leaking / Flooding

If you are a tenant of Ray White MetroWest and have issues due to the current weather please refer below:

FLOODING & LEAKS

Do whatever you can to minimise water damage to the property and your belongings.

Use towels and buckets etc.

Move your belongings out of the way of leaking water.

If necessary use a tarp or sand bags which you can get from Bunnings.

MAJOR DAMAGE 
For flood storm emergency / major damage eg, hole in roof call SES 132500
Electricity related emergency please refer to energex.com.au
Life Threatening emergency call 000.

Examples of emergency repairs include a burst water service or a serious water service leak, a blocked or broken toilet, a gas leak, a breakdown of the gas, electricity, water supply or other essential service. Check the RTA website or call 1300 366 311 for the full list of emergency repairs. Remember to exercise discretion and be reasonable. If trades are called for what is not deemed an emergency the charges could be payable by the tenants.
