Lord Mayor, Graham Quirk, has announced plans for a new city cat terminal to be located near Park Road which will provide additional transport options to local residents, workers and visitors to the vibrant and eclectic Milton entertainment precinct.
Ray White Metro West welcomes this news as it is sure to enhance the attraction to Milton and assist with adding value to the area by boosting business, property values and rental yields.
The detailed design of the new terminal is currently underway and is expected to be completed in late 2013.
