It’s a good rule of thumb to make sure your house is inspected by a professional every year, it’s not something you want to miss. There could be all sorts of pests hiding in your house that you yourself, your property manager, and even the occupants don’t know about. These can range from innocent ants to more sinister termites or even rats and possums.
It’s best not to find out when you’re selling your property that pests have devalued your asset. Make sure these important inspections are carried out annually and don’t forget to read the report and take appropriate action either yourself or with the help of your property manager.
