Kenmore Hills Real Estate

Kenmore Hills is about 11km from the Brisbane CBD and benefits greatly from the Centenary Highway that gives direct access to the city via Milton Road or Coronation Drive.

The suburb has easy access to the Mt Coot-tha lookout, botanical gardens and Planetarium, as well as shopping facilities at Indooroopilly.

As one of the suburbs developed during the 1950s and 1960s, Kenmore Hills has experienced only mild growth in median house prices during the past five years.

As suggested by its name, however, Kenmore Hills differentiates itself from Kenmore by its higher elevation and this has resulted in higher demand for real estate in this area.

Kenmore Hills is likely to experience strong growth throughout the next decade as demand for near-city living expanded into the suburbs.

The suburb should continue to attract interest from those who enjoy access to a variety of facilities but still enjoy leafy urban environments.
