Record sale price for Chapel Hill

By Krista Sharp

Dozens of interested parties watched 12 bidders fight it out resulting in a record price for this type of home in child-friendly Chapel Hill.  Ray White Auctioneer, Phil Parker, recorded 23 bids during the auction and confirmed that no vendor bids were made.

Craig Sharp said “this modest 2 bedroom house attracted so much interest due to the strategic marketing campaign designed and executed by Ray White Metrowest.  We are experts at marketing and selling property and we pride ourselves on the prices we achieve for our sellers.  This month we have sold 3 out of 3 auctions in Brisbane’s Western suburbs and all beyond the seller’s expectations.”

“Thank You for assisting us with the sale of 9 Halimah Street, Chapel Hill.  We reviewed submissions from a number of agencies in the area and chose you because of your experience and track record.  The owners are very pleased with the result.  Auctioning with you was the way to go and had we listed the property at a price we would never have achieved such a great price. Thanks again.”

The property sold in May for well above the set reserve price.
