Moggill Real Estate

By Krista Sharp

Moggill is a small outlying community about 20km south-west of Brisbane’s CBD.

The suburb is next door to Bellbowrie and the rural suburb of Anstead.

Bellbowrie and Moggill share many facilities including the Moggill Country Club and the Bellbowrie District Sports and Recreation Association located in Booker Place Park where there is also a soccer field.

The Bellbowrie Plaza Shopping Centre services both communities’ retail requirements, as does the Bellbowrie public swimming pool.

The only educational facility in the area is Moggill State School, with high school students needing to attend schools in Kenmore or Indooroopilly.

Housing styles vary with some modern, brick-and-tile low-set and high-set homes, as well as acreage-style homes.
