Savoir Faire on Park Road at Milton - just a couple of minutes from the CBD
The inner-city suburb of Milton is located about two kilometres west of Brisbane’s CBD and is dominated by two Queensland icons: the Castlemaine XXXX Brewery and Suncorp Stadium.
Almost as well known are the cafes and restaurants along Park Road, which offer residents and visitors an array of outdoor dining options. A few select boutiques also attract retail dollars.
Milton has many attributes which attract young professionals and investors, including an inner-city cafe lifestyle, a range of housing styles, access to public transport and in some cases, riverside living.
Due to its near city location, rental demand in Milton is strong and unit / townhouse accommodation is prevalent. Milton has always seen strong demand for property, but has often struggled with supply.
